Year-End and New Year Holiday Schedule
Please be informed of the following changes to our deposit, withdrawal, and customer support hours during the holiday period:
Deposit Procedure:
・For international bank transfers and cryptocurrency deposits made on December 25 (Wednesday), December 26 (Thursday), and January 1 (Wednesday), funds will be reflected in your account on the next business day.
・Deposits made via other methods may also be processed on the next business day or later. Thank you for your understanding.
Withdrawal Procedure:
・Withdrawal operations will be suspended on December 25 (Wednesday), December 26 (Thursday), and January 1 (Wednesday).
・Domestic bank transfers for JPY (Japanese Yen) will be suspended from December 31 (Tuesday) to January 5 (Sunday).
・Withdrawals requested during these periods will be processed starting from the next business day; however, please note that processing times may be longer than usual.
Customer Support Holiday Hours:
