Withdrawal Procedure: ・Withdrawal operations will be suspended on December 25 (Wednesday), December 26 (Thursday), and January 1 (Wednesday). ・Domestic bank transfers for JPY (Japanese Yen) will be suspended from December 31 (Tuesday) to January 5 (Sunday). ・Withdrawals requested during these periods will be processed starting from the next business day; however, please note that processing times may be longer than usual.

MT4/MT5 New Version Requirements Starting December 1st
Dear Valued Client,
We would like to inform you that starting from December 1, 2024, the oldest, downloaded versions for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 will be changed.
If you are using an older version of the Desktop or Mobile Version of MetaTrader, you may be unable to connect after December 1st. For optimal performance and security standards, we highly recommend using the latest version. Please check your current version and update it if necessary.
Required Versions: MT4 (MetaTrader 4): Build 1420 or higher (released on May 24) MT5 (MetaTrader 5): Build 4410 or higher (released on June 21)
Update Instructions: For PC: Right-click the MT4/5 icon on your desktop and select "Run as Administrator." When prompted with "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?", click "Yes." The update will begin automatically, and once completed, MT4/5 will launch. If the "old version" does not disappear, please reinstall MT4/MT5 as this will automatically download the latest version of the application.
For Android smartphones: Please update "MetaTrader4/5" from the Google Play Store.
For iPhone: Please update "MetaTrader4/5" from the App Store.

Daylight Saving Ends in 2024

Daylight Saving Time (DST) will end on:
Europe: 27th of October (Sunday)
United States: 3rd of November (Sunday)
On these dates, our MT4 servers will have their clocks wound back to GMT+2.
As a result, starting Monday, 4th November, all MT4 market session times will operate 1 hour earlier according to MT4 server time.
Do you use an Expert Advisor? If so, you will need to adjust your time settings on Sunday. Most Expert Advisors are set to GMT, so you will need to change them from GMT+3 to GMT+2 on Sunday to account for the time change.
