はい、パスワードの変更は下記のように行って頂けます

MT4

  1. メタトレーダー4（MT4)を開き、 取引口座にログインします
  2. MT4の上部メニューにある「ツール」から「オプション」をクリックします
  3. オプション画面が表示されるので、「サーバー」タブを選択します
  4. パスワード入力欄の右にある「パスワード変更」をクリックします
  5. パスワードの変更画面が表示されたら、現在のパスワード欄に利用中のマスターパスワードを入力します
  6. 新たに設定するパスワードを2度入力します（新しいパスワード欄と確認欄に同じパスワードを入れます）
  7. 新旧パスワードを入力した状態で、画面下の「OK」をクリックします
  8. パスワード変更が完了します

MT5

  1. メタトレーダー5（MT5)を開き、 取引口座にログインします
  2. MT5の上部メニューにある「ツール」から「オプション」をクリックします
  3. オプション画面が表示されるので、「サーバー」タブを選択します
  4. パスワード入力欄の右にある「パスワード変更」をクリックします
  5. パスワードの変更画面が表示されたら、現在のパスワード欄に利用中のマスターパスワードを入力します

  7. 新旧パスワードを入力した状態で、画面下の「OK」をクリックします

 クライアントオフィスのログインパスワードがわからなくなった場合は、ログイン画面の パスワードを忘れた方はこちら をクリックしてパスワードの再設定を行ってください。
MT4/MT5のパスワードを忘れてしまった場合に再設定をご希望の場合はメールにて承っております。

確定申告などで年間取引履歴が必要な場合は、次の手順で抽出していただけます。
MT4
1.　「ターミナル」の「口座履歴」タブ内で右クリック
2.　「期間のカスタム設定」をクリックし、別ウィンドーで抽出したい履歴の期間を設定
3.　履歴上で右クリックし「レポートの保存」もしくは「詳細レポートの保存」を選択
「名前を付けて保存」ウィンドウで保存先を指定しダウンロードし、保存したレポートはHTMLファイルで生成されますので、エクセルなどにコピー＆ペーストで保存して計算等を行っていただけます。

MT5
1.「ツールボックス」の「口座履歴」タブ内で右クリック
2.「期間設定」をクリックし、別ウィンドーで抽出したい履歴の期間を設定
3.　履歴上で右クリックし「レポート」をクリックし、ファイル形式を選択（Excel またはHTML) 「名前を付けて保存」ウィンドウで保存先を指定しダウンロード

登録済の氏名・住所・電話番号等、個人情報の変更はメールにて承っております。

氏名および住所の変更には、下記必要書類をご用意ください。

●本人確認書類：運転免許証、パスポート、マイナンバーカード
●現住所確認書類：公共料金や携帯電話の請求書（6ヶ月以内の発行日）、住民票（3ヶ月以内の発行日）、一般の郵便物

＊婚姻等による名義変更をご希望の場合は、苗字変更後のご本人様確認書類のご提出をお願いしております。

前日にお取引された履歴がある場合は、翌日Daily Confirmationメールが送られます。
また、毎月1日にはMonthly Statementが送付されます。
