システムエラーに関するお詫びとキャンペーン期間延長のお知らせ

平素よりMYFX Marketsをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

現在実施中の「初夏の取引応援キャンペーン」において、システム上の不具合により、以下のような問題が発生していたことが判明いたしました。

【障害の概要】

過去にキャンペーンへご参加いただいた一部のお客様が、自動的に本キャンペーンに参加済みと表示されてしまう不具合
キャンペーンページの「今すぐ参加」ボタンを押した後に表示される画面にて、「送信」ボタンを押してもエラーメッセージが表示され、キャンペーンへの参加手続きが完了できない事象。

これらの不具合により、キャンペーンに本来ご参加いただけるはずのお客様に多大なるご不便・ご迷惑をおかけしましたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
なお、当該不具合はすでに解消されております。

本件への対応といたしまして、キャンペーンへの参加をご希望されていたすべてのお客様に公平な機会を提供すべく、キャンペーン期間を当初予定しておりました2025年6月30日（月）23:59（MT4/MT5時間）から、2025年7月4日（金）23:59（MT4/MT5時間）まで延長させていただきます。

2025年5月12日（月）9:00 ～ 2025年7月4日（金）23:59（MT4/MT5時間）

対象口座
MT5スタンダード口座、MT5プロ口座
※MT4口座、マイクロ口座、法人口座、MAM/PAMM口座は対象外となります。

対象取引
FX （⽶ドル / 円以外）と貴⾦属（ゴールド以外）
※本キャンペーンにご応募いただくには、3万円（300 USD / 300 AUD）のご入金が必要となります。
※ポジションの保有時間が最低10分以上のお取引が対象となります。

キャッシュバック金額
取引量に応じて最大50万円
