To receive the prize, you must have a MYFX Markets account. New customers must register with MYFX Markets and complete identity verification.

The prize is withdrawable. However, withdrawal fees may apply depending on the withdrawal method. Some receiving institutions may also charge a fee.

If you fail to submit the form by the deadline, your prize will be forfeited.
