• To receive the prize, you must have a MYFX Markets account. New customers must register with MYFX Markets and complete identity verification.

• The prize is withdrawable. However, withdrawal fees may apply depending on the withdrawal method. Some receiving institutions may also charge a fee.

• If you fail to submit the form by the deadline, your prize will be forfeited.
