Important Notice: Summer Cash Frenzy Campaign Period Extended Due to System Error

Dear Valued Client,

We are writing to inform you of a recently identified system error that occurred during our ongoing ”MYFX Markets Summer Cash Frenzy Campaign”, which may have affected your participation.

Details of the Issue:

Some clients who had previously participated in past campaigns were incorrectly shown as already joined in the current campaign.

In some cases, clients encountered an error message upon clicking the “Submit” button after selecting “Join Now” on the campaign page, which prevented them from successfully completing the registration process.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, particularly to clients who were unable to participate due to these technical issues.

We are pleased to inform you that the issue has now been fully resolved.

As a measure to ensure that all clients have a fair opportunity to take part in the campaign, we have decided to extend the campaign period from the original end date of 30 June 2025, to 4 July 2025 at 23:59 (MT4/MT5 server time).

■ Campaign Period:
May 12, 2025 at 9:00 AM – July 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM
*MT4/MT5 server time applies.

■ Eligible Accounts:
MT5 Standard and Pro accounts
*MT4 accounts, Micro accounts, Corporate accounts, and MAM/PAMM accounts are not eligible.

■ Eligible Trades:
FX excluding USD/JPY and precious metals excluding Gold.
*A minimum deposit of 300 USD/300 AUD is required to participate in this campaign.
*Only trades that maintain open positions for a minimum of 10 minutes will be considered eligible.

■ Cashback Amount:
Up to $3,000 based on the volume of trades
